Liaison between StudioZ and Zimmerman Advertising- confirm all script mandatory
information required before sending to StudioZ
Assist with training the Traffic team to understand station operations and standard media
procedures of the industry
Monitor Traffic team’s communication to stations – resolve problems and award for a good
job as necessary
Improve and develop Traffic procedures for efficient and professional communication with
broadcast stations.
Monitor DG-FC orders to ensure that orders are complete – including script COOP orders
are being made/released, orders are being properly confirmed for downloads, etc…
Monitor traffic team for station calls and confirmations – ensure that everyone is making
the appropriate phone calls to confirm placement on station logs and/or that back-up
plans are being made
Receive and track Traffic team’s nightly confirmation emails.
Including assigning late shift team to collect outstanding confirmations for the
Respond to estimate requests, assign estimating appropriately and create estimates
under the responsibilities of the Traffic department
Process vendor invoices according to department and accounting procedures
